Located in Yuhuan City, the facility features a streamlined layout that supports the company’s continuous growth and optimized workflow.

Equipped with over 680 sets of advanced production equipment, the facility covers comprehensive manufacturing processes, including metal processing, forging, grinding, heat treatment, and automated plastic injection molding with integrated material mixing and feeding systems. The introduction of intelligent production systems and automated equipment significantly enhances production efficiency and product consistency.

To ensure higher quality standards, the facility has also upgraded its testing capabilities, offering measurement management, chemical analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing, breakage testing, durability testing, salt spray testing, and 2D & 3D product forming inspections.

In the field of research and development, SUMAX continues to follow an innovation-driven approach, developing over 600 new products annually, including more than 150 corresponding kits. With an agile development process, the company is able to complete new product development within 30 days to quickly respond to market demands.
